Troubleshooting:

• Q: Why does the sharpener chew up pencils? A: Please don't sharpen any more when the pencil is done, or it will chew up your pencils!
• Q: Why is the lead broken? A: This sharpener is not for very soft charcoal pencils. It may cause broken lead.
• Q: Why can't I get long pencil tip? A: Pencils with thicker core will get longer points. Standard No. 2 pencils don't get such long points.

How to Use?

• Step 1: It provides 5 Pencil nib options and you shoud adjust to the appropriate nib length.
• Step 2: Press down the pencil to start.
• Step 3: Wait 5 to 8 seconds and it will auto stop when sharpened well.
