Troubleshooting:

If the pencil sharpener works too much, it will overheat and stop working. Please wait for 20-30 minutes.

If broken lead jams the blade, please use a small metal pin to poke the broken lead out.

If the shavings box is full, empty the shaving box and try again.

Great points!

Easy and reliable. I bought this for my daughter because they are not allowed to use mechanical pencils in school this year. Our old sharpener, which is fantastic, is mechanical and in the basement. I wanted something quiet, fast and easy for her. This nailed it. Points are perfect, and has been flawless. Would recommend .

Best Pencil Sharpener - Hands Down

This pencil sharpener is so good! I made my husband sharpen a pencil just to show him how fast it works. Perfectly sharpens a brand new pencil in 5 seconds or less. As a teacher, Iā€™ve used several crappy pencil sharpeners; this one is the best Iā€™ve had in a while. Way better than the Xacto one thatā€™s marketed to teachers. Buy it and donā€™t think twice!

Great on Standard Pencils (not colored)

Works great on standard pencils, very quick, very sharp points. Not so great on colored pencils, you have to keep checking the sharpness or it will eat the whole pencil. Small tray for shavings has to be emptied frequently.
