How to Use This AUTO STOP Pencil Sharpener?

Good product/Great customer service

Love these sharpeners. As a teacher, I need reliable and easy to use. Not only did this product do exactly what I needed with no fuss, when it suddenly stopped working the customer service was exemplary. They were quick to reply and try to help to trouble shoot. When the attempt to repair did not work, I recieved a new one with no question very quickly.
