I will be honest, I bought this product on a whim because the last laptop cooling pad I purchased unfortunately bit the dust on me. So, I needed a replacement, and when I saw this one was available with overnight shipping, I jumped the gun on it.

Let me tell you: happiest impulse purchase I've made in a long time! This thing really works. Compared to my last cooling pad which was all cheap plastic, this thing is such an upgrade. It appears to have some metal, maybe aluminum, in the cooling chamber surrounding the fan, so it actually cools the laptop effectively. My Acer Nitro, with the old cooling pad, would idle at 50-55c. With this cooling pad, I've been idling around 40-45c with the hot ambient summer temperatures of my bedroom. This thing really does work, and I cannot recommend it enough. When it comes to the life of your machine, ten degrees celsius can mean months to years of additional life.

I have been using this for 10 months, and it is the best cooling fan ever. I tried 3-4 other cooling fan brands, but this is the Best. It is a little costly for a cooling fan but worth it. I added the photos, and it took just 10 minutes. The cooling fan has cooled my laptop. And the performance of my laptop has increased. I like that it is sturdy, and the colour black is my go-to. It fits perfectly, and they even give you extra rubber if you have a bigger laptop to place on the cooling pad.

I have bought pretty much every fan on amazon. The super fancy ones, that one that’s supposed to have a dozen chill pad that costs $90, not one of them come close to this fan. I sat and read reviews and argued with myself for probably three hours buying this one because I’m so sick of the ones I get sucking. I promise don’t do it to yourself just get it. I can run my most taxing game on my gaming laptop literally all day with it. It is borderline quiet. It is definitely quieter than my laptop fan on high performance mode. I have a 17” MSI it’s like four years old. It’s the best fan ever.

Works better than others I've tried on the laptop I have now and the one before, both are 17". The motors didn't last as long as I hoped, less than six months and started squeeling bad, and I haven't found replacements motors. What I did was take them apart and put just a touch of sewing machine oil on the ends of the motor shafts, and I mean a touch, a drop will burn up and stink. Squeeling gone. I've had to do this twice now after what, three years of almost daily use and many hours each day as the laptop is used mainly for writing. I wish I could replace the motors and oil the new ones from the start. They are slightly louder than they were new, but not much. I figure new ones oiled would be extremely quiet.

First impressions were, the fans are a bit loud on these pads, the seals are great and easily seal in your laptop. The rgb lighting is not too bright, they are perfect for what is needed.
The main con came when after inly two months the right side fan went out on one of our pads and after a few minutes would just scream like a howler monkey. Contacted Amazon about a return, but was "past the window" after posting my initial review I al.osy immediately received a response from the seller concerned about the faulty fan, they are very responsive and have offered me the choice of replacing the u it or replacing the bad fan, which is a simple process. Changing my rating to 5 stars because this is how companies should be! Companies shouldn't be out to screw the customer, they should want the customer happy so they come back.
Have never heard of this company before but I can tell you right now, I will glady recommend ANY of thier products. They are amazing!
